Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), New Delhi invites applications from interested Candidates for the following mentioned Posts under SPECIAL RECRUITMENT ADVERTISEMENT NO. 51/2013:

Job Post: Assistant Labour Commissioner (Central) / Assistant Welfare Commissioner(Central)/ Assistant Labour Welfare Commissioner (Central)/ Assistant Director

Total Post: 57 Posts

Pay Scale: Rs. 15,600 – 39,100/-

Application fee : Rs.25/- for General and OBC Candidates. There is no fee for SC/ST/PH/Women candidates of any community.

Qualification Required: Candidate must have below given qualification:

• Candidate must have Degree of a recognized University or equivalent.


• Diploma in Social Work/Labour Welfare/Industrial Relations/Personnel Management/Labour Law from a recognized University/Institution or equivalent.

How to Apply : Candidates need to apply ONLINE. After submitting the Online Recruitment Application (ORA), the candidates need not to send any Document or Certificate /Printout to the Commission; However, he/she should essentially retain the Printout of the Online Recruitment Application (ORA) finally submitted for submission to the Commission along with relevant Documents/ Certificates on demand, in case he/she qualifies in the Recruitment Test.
