Tips for Interview preparation

Interview, Name itself suggests that you need to prepare for something. If you have been in any interview then you can understand it, if you have not attended any interview till now then you have not faced the real challenges yet. There is no exact formula like maths to crack it but I am going to tell some tips for interview preparation which will help you to crack any interview.

1- Tell us something about yourself:  This is perhaps the most frequently asked question in any interview. It helps you to start the talk something which you are relaxed with. You should not tell about your childhood story, and moreover the interviewer just isn’t interested listening that too. Best is to tell about your family members, education, and current position held by you?

2- Why do you want to leave your current job:  It would be better if you don’t tell the dam reason as money which of course is. If you are currently employed then you can tell it’s about developing my career professionally. If you got fired then one ought to have a valid explanation for that. Don’t go into too much deap & try to answer those things only which have been asked.

3- Do you have any information about this organization:  Try to get the details of the organization through web or any other source, mainly try to know the industry it works, main players & the turnover it has. They don’t want to know the deep knowledge about the tool of the company. They just want to confirm that you are really interested in this organization.

4- What is your greatest strength & weakness:  This is time you can make them think good about you. They just want to know the job related strength not your physical strength. Try to mention some good objective like hard working, positive attitude, ready to learn new things, attentive, perform good under pressure etc. They may ask you to prove the quality which you just mentioned so be prepared.  As far as weakness in concerned, it is really hard to tell but try to tell more positive quality as your weakness like you can say that you try to make every work hundred percent perfect which you fell some times as your weakness in the work related issues.

5- Are you willing to travel if needed:  Here you  have to be very clear in your mind before the interview.  There is no point in saying yes just to get this offer if actually you don’t mean it. Be honest to avoid any problem in the future.

6- What are your expectations in term of salary : This is slightly tricky question. Try to do the market research of the company & the profile for which you are attending the interview before the interview & demand the salary accordingly. Always say that the salary is negotiable otherwise it shuts the door for you. Since this is not the final HR discussion so you can talk with the HR regarding this later too.

7- Do you have any profile related or company related query; usually this is last question in the interview. If this comes very soon then sign is not good. Anyways always you can ask about your role clarity here. You can ask about the career growth in the organization. You can ask 2 or 3 question maximum here & say thanks once you get the reply from them.

Hope this tips will help you to crack interview in easy way. I’ll come up with more career related issue soon.

Live Life on your own condition

Live Life on your own condition:

How much time you give on yourself in a day?? 9 hours in office, 8 hours sleep, 4 hours daily routine activities, 3 hours for travel & the list goes on. Take 5 minute time from your so called busy schedule & try to concentrate on yourself. Are you really taking care of yourself ?? Do you think that taking care of other work will take care of your personnel development automatically? I don’t think so. May be I am wrong for some people but most of them will agree with me. So its right time to take the right decision about your life that how you wanna live your life. Take a paper and pen & write your goal of the life. Once you do that & keep visiting that daily. This will help you to achive your goal. Keep an album with the photo of the role model which you want to become, suppose you want to become politician keep the photo of great politician. As I said earlier keep visiting this album & try to develop the qualities that they had. These tips will help you to Live the life on your own condition.

I have put 8 point which you can refer before taking any activities which interfere your personnel life with your professional or social life.

8 golden advices for personnel development:

1) Don’t pick the phone every time it rings. Its for your convenience not for others.

2)  When you work to improve the life of others you indirectly elevates your own life in the process.

3) You will never be able hit the target you never see.

4) Everything is always created twice, first in the mind & then in reality.

5) Either you control your mind or it will control you.

Personal development tips

Four Personal development tips:

We do things not because we love them because we have to do them? Right? Try to do things which you really love to do. This will remove the misery of your life. Start from today right now.Thousand mile journey starts with first step. Small victories lead to the large victories. Here is four tips for personal development.

Here is the brief of some precious advice for personnel development.

1) Be free: Freedom is like a home, you build it brick by brick. The first brick you should lay is will power. This quality inspires you to do what is right in any given moment. It gives you the energy to act with courage. It gives you the control to live the life you have imagined rather than accepting the life that you have.

2) Will power: developing the will power can can erase the worry habit, it will keep you healthy & give you far more energy than you ever had. Will is the king of mental powers. When you master your mind you master your life. Mental mastery starts with being able to control every thought that you think. When you have ability to discard all weak thoughts & focus only on positive, good action will follow. Soon you will start attracting all that is positive& good for your life.

3) Importance of time: those people who use time wisely from early age are rewarded with rich, productive life & vice versa is true always. Whether we are privileged or rich or poor, all got 24 hours of time in a day. Your life depends on how you use those 24 hours. Being a good time manager doesn’t mean that you should be workalchohlic, rather it should allow you to do more those work which you love to do. Time mastery leads for life mastery. Out of all activities that you do only 20% will yield the result. For example do you think that after ten years from now, do you really think the all the time spent watching television, playing games will count for you.

4) Dream Big: Harness your energy to expand your dreams. Don’t accept a life of mediocrity when you hold such infinite potential within the fortress of you mind. Dare to tap into your greatness. Its your birthright.never be a prisoner of your past. Become the architect of your future. You will never be the same. Be brave & set no limits on the working of your imagination.

Newtons law for engineers

In this article, i have just put the Newtons law for engineers in different form. Its for fun purpose only.
Newton first Law
Every Engineer continues his state of chatting or forwarding mails
unless he is assigned work by external unbalanced manager.
Newton second Law
The rate of change in the Work is directly proportional to the payment
received from client and takes place at the quick rate when deadline
force is applied.
Newton Third Law
For every appraisal there is an equal but opposite Work Implementation.
Bonus Law -4
Mistakes can neither be created nor be removed from drawings by an
engineer. It can only be converted from one form to another. The total
number of mistakes in the drawing always remains constant.

These are just for fun purpose. There is no similarity of these laws with the actual laws. Keep reading.
