SELECTION PROCESS:
All Eligible candidates will be required to appear for a Written Test (information about which will be given in the issued Admit card). Candidates shortlisted on the basis of their marks in the written exam will be called to appear for Group Discussion & Interview in the nearest center.
SALARY DETAILS:
The Management Trainees selected through this exam will be entitled for the Basic Pay of 20,600/- p.m. in the pay scale of 20600-3%-46500 (E-1). After successful completion of training the Management Trainees will be absorbed in the company & will be designated as Junior Managers in the same pay scale.
