Tips for experience job search

This article is especially dedicated to the job search for the experienced person. We generally feel that as we grow higher in the career ladder, getting job becomes easier than fresher. However this is not always true. Lot of experienced people don't get suitable jobs due to having high level of experience some times. there are couple of reason behind that. I am going to discuss about those reason & proper suggestion to deal with them in this article. Here are the Tips for experience job search too.

Reason for not getting call despite of sufficient experience:

1) First & main reason for not getting call is improper resume content. Some time there is not proper sequence/representation of the skills sets & qualification, which doesn't allow recruiter to attract the resume.

2) Some Resume don't have skill set key words which makes recruiter unable to search the resume. Since they have to search from lakh of resume, so there should be proper key word which help them to identify the proper candidate for the suitable job requirement.

3) There may be lack of qualification skills / qualification in the candidate resume which causes this problem to happen.

4) Lot of candidate don't visit the job related website on regular intervals which causes recruiter to ignore the potential candidate.

Suggestion to get call from Recruitment agency:

1) First impression matters most, so we need to make adequate, proper resume which reflects our all skill sets & qualification in a decent manner. We can take help of the resume builder expert also for this.

2) Try to highlight your key skills, qualifications & major achivement in the resume. This will attract the recruiter quickly from lakh of resume.

3) We must need to put the proper skills to match the year the experience, for example if you have 10+ years of experience there must be some project management experience attached with your resume.

4) At last one must need to visit the job portals regularly & update the profile with the latest info.
